COVID- 19 - SAFETY & GUIDELINES

To ensure the continued safety of our staff and customers, please adhere to the following rules which we have put in place to enable you to shop safely:

• Please take a trolley and clean the handles of the trolley using the sanitizer provided at the front gates. By taking a trolley this helps with ensuring the 2 metre distance rule is adhered to.

• Please follow our new one way system and be patient when waiting to pass other customers.

• A maximum of 10 people/couples are allowed in at one time. Unfortunately, we will not be permitting children or dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) in the garden centre at this time. This will help in assuring the social distancing rules are followed.

• The public toilets will be closed.

• During this difficult time we will offer our customers assistance but please do not be offended if we ask you to keep your distance.

• The rules are in place for a reason and the safety of our staff and customers is paramount!
